I've been so blessed on my journey of faith and healing to feel the love and support extended to me by each of you. This website is meant to extend a virtual thank you to every single one of you. It’s also a space created for you to take a peak into my world. It’s been an amazing journey so far. From being crowned the Winner of The Biggest Loser Season 6 in late 2008, to joining an amazing group of ladies for the Women of Faith tour in 2010. I’ve grown stronger in my faith and His purpose for me at every twist and turn. And I continue to be open to what God has in store for me next.

I promise to share His purpose for me with each of you right here on this website! Because without you, this journey would feel incomplete and without purpose.

Becoming Fearless

It’s been three years since I stood on a scale at the finale of Season Six of The Biggest Loser and emerged the winner. I knew that night as I stood there surrounded by my family and friends that in that moment God was presenting me with a tremendous opportunity to share His grace and mercy through my story. I’ve done my best to honor His blessing and have spent the past two years sharing my journey of faith with people all over the country.

After much prayerful consideration about what the next chapter of this journey looks like for me, I’ve officially joined the David C. Cook family of authors and released my first book in the Fall of 2011. I cannot tell you how blessed I feel to be a part of this wonderful family and to simply say I’m delighted that this opportunity will allow my story to be shared with people in places far beyond my physical reach.

I’m so thankful that from The Biggest Loser this amazing opportunity has emerged and I promise to honor this blessing that God has once again placed in front of me. I am excited to share more of my journey with each of you and I hope you will continue to reach out to me with your stories. It’s through that connection to you that I feel like my journey has been given purpose and meaning.
